Norcott D'Esterre has over 25 years with Cherry Hill (NJ) Fire Department and currently serves as Battalion Chief of the "A" platoon. He has been an instructor for over ten years and holds New Jersey, MFRI and NFPA Instructor certifications. Norcott instructs at the Camden County Fire Academy and has also taught for the NJ State Police Hazmat Technician program. Norcott is also a H.O.T. instructor with the FDIC.
